This portfolio project showcases a complete roof replacement in Spartanburg, South Carolina, highlighting the craftsmanship and structural integrity that go into a full roofing system—not just the finished surface.

The project began with a full tear-off, exposing the roof rafters and allowing for a complete evaluation of the underlying structure. During the process, the existing roof decking was fully replaced to ensure a solid, code-compliant foundation for long-term performance and durability.

We then installed a high-performance roofing system featuring Owens Corning Duration® shingles in Midnight Plum, known for their wind resistance, durability, and dimensional appearance. To complete the exterior upgrade, we installed new 5-inch black gutters, providing improved water management while delivering a clean, modern finish.

This project reflects an essential principle in roofing: true quality starts beneath the shingles. When roof decking is compromised, it cannot simply be covered and ignored. Addressing structural issues at the source ensures a longer-lasting system and greater protection for the home.
